Can I run more than one site on one account.

Yes, you can run multiple sites on one Talenthost account, but this depends on your plan and number of Hosted Addon domains you're allowed.

How long will it take to get the requested Premium theme?

It'll take 24 to 48 hours to receive the theme file and setup instructions.

I’m a service provider, will this work for me?

Absolutely. As long as you want prospects to see the services you offer, go ahead and sign up.

Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading within an active year, you'll only need to pay the difference.

Note that when you downgrade, it'll only be active from the new year as there are no refunds for downgrading after website setup.

I already have a domain name with another provider. Can I still use your service?

Yes you can. But note that this doesn't reduce the fee.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, but only before your order is approved. You can contact us immediately you purchase any plan to cancel your order and we'll gladly cancel and fully refund your payment. No questions asked. However, if you decide to cancel after your order has been approved, but before website setup, we can only do a partial refund (that is, the difference between the cost of the purchased plan and renewal fee). Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

I have an issue with purchasing, applying my discount code or understanding what you do. Can you walk me through?

A custom domain is a web address that you send your customers to if you'd like them.to view and purchase from your store. For example, www.thetalenthost.com is a custom domain. You'll be required to search for your desired domain name after clicking Buy Now on any plan.
